6/5/2020 5Help.org, founded by Drew Paglia ’22 and his sister, Heather has raised over $26,000 to assist frontline workers, seniors, and small businesses affected by COVID-19.
They are pivoting now to a new mission: social justice.
“We’re just trying to do the right thing and help out,” said Drew. The 5Help.org platform, Drew explained, was created to provide immediate aid in times of crisis and he feels America’s greatest need now is supporting organizations that promote social justice.
They will also hold separate fundraisers to assist minority-owned businesses damaged by rioters. If you would like to donate or apply for assistance visit 5help.org “I just want to help people and I feel that social justice is a big issue in this country that needs to be resolved,” said Drew.
